Dear Will,

I want to express my appreciation to you for your donation of the pavers and the added expense of the more detailed wood frame for the Hospice House. This project has been an immense undertaking for the VNA, and you are very kind to offer these contributions; in addition, I thank you or your support of the organization by attending our events.

I realize we are purchasing a service from your company., however I have felt your attention to detail and enthusiasm for the project has created a relationship that is more than just "business." The property is taking shape and looking wonderful; Lojek Company, Inc. will forever be a part of the Hospice House. It has been a real pleasure working with you (and yes, Alex!).

As you know, the opening of the house is scheduled for October 28th. I hope you will reserve the day to join us to celebrate what you helped made possible for so many.
